这种所有内景都是办公室和会议室的片子可不可以称作“官僚电影”？剧本简直过于“详实”，充斥着议员和政府工作人员的工作对话，中间的喘息空间都仿佛无意义b-roll，以至故事的主角皆如同单维的英雄和反派，无论是事件本身的法律正义还是角色的道德挣扎都没有得到充分体现，反而隐隐像是民主党为了说明共和党没良心的竞选电影，关于whistleblower（或不成为-）的评判也过于简单粗暴
